  • Our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid for Social Engine in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • For free accounts, our liability is limited to $100 USD
  • This cap applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed

AI-Specific Limitations:

  • We are not responsible for inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI suggestions
  • AI performance optimization is not guaranteed
  • AI processing delays or errors are not grounds for liability

Third-Party Platform Limitations:

  • We are not liable for third-party platform policy violations
  • Changes to social media platform APIs may affect functionality
  • Platform downtime or restrictions are beyond our control
  • Data retention by third-party platforms follows their policies

Exceptions: This limitation does not apply to:

Out-of-country usage may in any event lead to significantly higher costs than regular usage, and you are solely responsible for keeping yourself informed and paying for possible roaming and other applicable charges levied by your mobile network operator.

7.3 We do not guarantee that our Services will always be available or be uninterrupted.

7.4 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Services.

7.5 We do not represent that our Services will be available in other locations.
